The Privacy Mark System
The Privacy Mark System is a system put in place to certify businesses that carry out the handling of personal information with established compliance programs that meet the requirements of JIS Q 15001 "Personal information protection management systems Requirements." It authorizes use of the Privacy Mark logo for business promotion.
